Casa Jaguar is a unique property or better an authentic estate like a Hacienda in the countryside. It borders to a farm which is used as a "refugio", a natural area with wildlife and trails to hike and observe animals and the native tropical dry forest vegetation.

It is extremely well built and maintained with many bells and whistles. A great idea for example is a huge multi purpose room at the lower level a bid away from the main home with private bath. This room could be used if you have a larger number of guest, groups or kids. Its also great to use as a studio, office, game room... you name it.

The pool is very large for a 3 bedroom home, with frequent exercises you will be easily become a champion in this Olympic size pool. Space is luxury and Casa Jaguar has lots of it. All bedrooms have great views and the custom designed bathrooms come with sunken showers, a nice and special feature at Casa Jaguar. There is also a 2 car garage with metal doors, perfectly located next to the large kitchen / pantry area. In front of the kitchen with the bar is a large patio area next to the pool with incredible views to the west with great sunsets every day around six the whole year around. You can enjoy the open space during the whole year since the temperatures never drop as low that you will feel cold, not even at night.

The gardens are perfect with many fruit trees and large grass areas. The gardens around Casa Jaguar is irrigated by the well of the same property.

Casa Jaguar located in a gated community with very affordable community fees (HOA fees are US$50 per month). The location is very private but not far away (10-15 minutes driving) to the beach, supermarket, restaurants etc.
