The Property
This full service Equestrian Center is located in a prime area of Guanacaste and is 10 minutes from the town of Huacas and is a short drive to the beaches of Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Playa Flamingo and Playa Potrero.  The property is 31.5 hectares (78 acres).  The equestrian facilities are situated in the center of an amphitheater like setting with rising hills boasting beautiful landscaping, exotic hardwood trees, native foliage and beautiful views of the Guanacaste countryside.  The Pacific Ocean can also be seen from this property.  The facilities are built with native hardwoods and mostly Pachote that was harvested from the former wood farm that was on the developed part of the property.  Great care was taken in the layout, design and details of the horse facilities, buildings and all of the grounds.  A compliment to the property is the infrastructure, including the beautiful entrance, gravel roads, drainage, water system and electrical imitations.  The water system includes an onsite well, storage tanks and drip irrigation system.  The facility is currently home to some of the finest imported Frisian, Spanish and Western horses in Central America and it is turn-key ready for a new owner to start operating and enjoying immediately.
Facilities
LAND – The total area is 31.5 hectares of land improved with infrastructure including roads, drainage, retaining walls, bridges, beautiful landscaping and terraced view lots.
WATER SYSTEM – The water system consists of a 40 meter deep well, fully registered and with all legal water concession rights secured.  An automatic drip irrigation watering system in installed for all landscaping.
GRAZING FIELDS – Several electrified grazing fields, each complete with shade shelters.
TREES – In addition to the native trees throughout the property numerous varieties of fruit trees and bamboo were planted.
SECURITY – In addition to live in caretakers, a state of the art security system includes all stall doors, buildings and video surveillance 24/7.
RIDING TRAILS – Excellent riding trails are throughout the property and outside the property are expansive open spaces for quality long rides.
ARENAS – Two Federation size (60 by 20) arenas.  One covered with breathable roof and one uncovered with lights and surround sound system.
YOGA DECK – Perched on top of a high hill overlooking the entire property and towering over the horse facilities is a beautiful yoga deck with 60 square meters of total construction.  The deck is partly covered and with two rooms.  It is built of all wood.
RANCHO HOUSE - A Rancho house with 81 square meters of total construction is built of concrete.  This Rancho has horse parking, a separate bathroom and a 10 cubic meter water tank.
EMPLOYEES HOUSE – An employees house consists of 82 square meters of wood construction.
MANAGERS COTTAGE – A mangers cottage consists of 60 square meters of wood construction, a storage casita and 16 a cubic meter water tank.
COVERED ROUND RIDING PEN – One covered riding pen of 18 square meters.
OUTDOOR ROUND RIDING PEN – One covered riding pen of 15 square meters.
SECONDARY STALL BUILDING – A secondary stall building with 210 square meters of construction , four stalls, one small stall running out to small pasture and one falling stall with separate wall, a wash rack area, and separate concrete lockers for tack.
MAIN STALL BUILDING – The main stall building has a total construction area of 448 square meters.  It has a total of six stalls and all stalls are a generous 4.5 by 4.5 square meters.  One stall is currently being used as covered parking.  All stalls are equipped with a ceiling fan.  A nice sitting area is located near the reception room/studio apartment, which is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom with shower.  The building is concrete, has beautiful hardwood finishes, tasteful and quality hardware and has a professional function, look and feel.
FEED CASITA – One 6.75 square meter feed casita that is all wood.
STORAGE BUILDING – One very tall 48 square meter storage building used for hay and wood shavings.
