About Federico Bonilla

Federico Bonilla was born in 1977, in San José, Costa Rica. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Berry College in Georgia, USA. After working in finance, he joined his father’s construction company.

For five years, he worked building homes in the San José and surrounding areas until 2005, when he decided to venture into construction in Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste. This decision was based on the fact that he and his family have vacationed in the Hacienda for more than thirty years. His love for the project translated into the building of three homes and the establishment of Pinilla Vacation Rentals, a company dedicated to renting these properties.

Now he and his wife reside permanently in the Hacienda. As a broker, Federico’s construction and financial background, combined with his firsthand knowledge of Hacienda Pinilla and its surrounding areas, make him the ideal person to assess a property’s real value and to give straight-forward, sincere advice on selling and investing.
